We want you to feel confident in every THEORIE purchase. If something is not right, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or unless the item arrived damaged, broken, or leaking in transit.

Restocking Fee

Eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, we may waive the restocking fee for customers with accounts in good standing or a longstanding purchase history, at our discretion.

Damaged or Leaking Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yourtheorie.com and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved damaged-in-transit claims are eligible for a replacement or full refund. In these cases, return shipping and restocking fees will not apply.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable restocking fee.

3. Orders, Returns, & Restocking Fees

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and we send confirmation.

Restocking Fee

Returns that are eligible for a refund are generally subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the product’s purchase price, which will be deducted from your refund.

We may, in our discretion, waive the restocking fee for customers with accounts in good standing or a longstanding purchase history.

Damaged or Leaking Items

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or leaking in transit, you should contact us promptly and provide reasonable supporting information, which may include photographs of the item and packaging. Approved claims for items damaged in transit may be resolved by replacement or refund, at our discretion. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will not apply to approved damaged-in-transit claims.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Returned items must be received in accordance with the Return Policy’s conditions and deadlines. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed, less any applicable restocking fee.
