On wet hair, apply a generous amount of Ultra Gentle Hypoallergenic Shampoo and massage it from root to tip. Work through hair with fingers or a comb. Rinse out completely. Apply a generous amount of Ultra Gentle Hypoallergenic Conditioner to wet hair, and massage it from root to tip. Let the conditioner sit for 2-10 minutes, depending on your hair type. Work the product through your hair with fingers or a comb. Rinse.

Using hands or a loofah, apply a generous amount of Ultra Gentle Hypoallergenic Body Scrub to wet skin. Scrub away impurities and dirt. Rinse off.
